BEAUTIFUL BREATHING

The most important thing you can do is breathe- now, if you breathe correctly you add an entirely new dynamic to your beauty.

In fact, I find these breathing exercises keep me healthy and fit as well as energized each day. I look forward to them and can even incorporate them into my schedule without the slightest problem (like working out through breathing in the car- changes your view of traffic lights, I will tell you that). Nobody even has to know you are doing them, though they will definitely notice the results right away.

I spend maybe five minutes or so on it a day and live up the rewards. If I am really into it then I’ll spend a few more, but not more than fifteen minutes really even then.

It is something everyone can benefit from, and if you do love long workouts, this will redefine them for you and make you even stronger. Breathing is such an important element to any workout, and when you know what to do- wow, you really feel the difference and are able to do more.

Maybe you want to get into workout out or going to the gym, in that case this is a must place for you to start. It becomes easier to get into a groove, your body is ready to accept your new routine, and you won’t be soar or tired from your workout.

As for me, I like practicing these exercises on their own- it keeps me fit, wakes me up in the morning, and keeps me motivated throughout my day.

On the occasion I am in the mood for a hard core work out- no problem, my body is prepared for it. I like to consider it my fearless body- whatever comes my way I am ready for it.

More than anything though- you’ll notice your body working properly. No more belly aches or head aches- too often when we work out we work out for the outside results only and forget about our organs (Your body will try to communicate to you, often times you will get cramps or pains telling you its too much). You have to take care of your whole body, and then relax in the harmonious results.
